A Look Back, A Heart Full of Gratitude

In 2014, Kari Haas sent out her very first Windermere newsletter.

At the time, it was simply a way to stay connected. A place to share market updates, neighborhood news, local happenings, and a little bit of life along the way. Looking back now at that original newsletter cover brings back so many memories and reminds us just how special this journey has been.

Over the past decade, so much has changed.

Families have grown. Clients have become lifelong friends. Neighborhoods have evolved. Homes have been bought, sold, renovated, celebrated, and loved. Through every season of the market and every chapter of life, one thing has remained constant: the incredible support from this community.

What started as a small real estate newsletter became something much bigger. It became a connection point. A way to celebrate local businesses, highlight the beauty of our neighborhoods, and stay in touch with the people who have trusted Kari through some of life’s biggest moments.

For Kari, real estate has always been about more than homes. It’s about people.

It’s about helping families create new beginnings. Supporting clients through exciting milestones and major transitions. Building relationships rooted in trust, care, and community.

As we celebrate more than 10 years with Windermere, Kari is feeling especially grateful for everyone who has been part of this journey since 2014.

To every client, friend, neighbor, referral partner, and family member: thank you.

Thank you for your trust. Thank you for your referrals. Thank you for reading the newsletters, attending events, sharing kind words, and supporting Kari Haas Real Estate through the years. This business has grown because of relationships and the amazing community surrounding it.

Looking back at that very first newsletter is a reminder of how far things have come, but also how much the heart behind the work has stayed the same.

Kari remains deeply grateful for the opportunity to serve this community and help people love where they live.

And while it’s fun to reminisce, the most exciting part is still ahead.

Here’s to the memories made since 2014 and to many more years of connection, community, and home.
